The Day of Birth!

Today is my brother and my birthday! Cooool. I love all my lovely friends who are so cool!! This is going to be a little mini-entry. Let’s see….I got some AMAZING stuff today. Some things, of which I am not yet worthy of…like my Epiphone Hummingbird…I now believe in love at first sight! I named him Zell, because my guitar has a beautiful patterned pickguard which reminds me of Zell’s tattoo on the side of his face! LOL. Anyway, God’s gift to me was a gorgeous day!! The moon also looked pretty amazing tonight! It wasn’t brilliant, resembling a golden sun, like how it does/is on the night of a full moon. No, it was actually insignificant tonight. I wasn’t even sure it was, in fact, the moon when I first glanced at it. I looked up in the sky and saw a smudge of white. It was not glowing, but rather dull. It was like someone had taken a piece of cotton and stretched it carelessly over the black sky. It seems as though the moon has been hiding these past few days…and although today was gorgeous, the sun did seem to oversleep. I woke up to grey, tired skies. It makes me so inquisitive to think that beyond the overcast, is a gorgeous blue river, never dying, only hidden by grey skies. A river that blushes sweetly whenever the setting sun reaches out her arms to take a drink before she descends. A river that sleeps soundly when night enters, and can never hide behind a tree to cry alone; The sky’s tears are shared with everyone…he only tries to hide his face in shame behind the grey skies…but give him his moment of gloom, and his glorious face will once again emerge…a dazzling river again, his sweet breath hushing our still afternoons. I keep daydreaming about the sky. Anyway, I’m tired now!!!!!!!! My birthday is over!!! However, my mind is constantly giving birth to new thoughts and curiosities….so I guess my birthday is every day! BBBYYYYEEE! <3Jenn<3
